The PhilSeven Foundation, Inc. was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on October 11, 2007 as the corporate social advocacy arm of Philippine Seven Corp. (PSC), the exclusive local licensor of 7-Eleven convenience-store chain brand. Its main office is located at 7F, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City. The foundation has 2 full time staff and 7 members of the Board of Trustees.
It was certified for one (1) year on December 21, 2011 which ended on December 7, 2012. On its first renewal, it was certified for three (3) years on May 10, 2013 which ended on March 5, 2016.
Its purposes (V-M-G), among others, is “to offer services which improve the quality of life in the community served by the corporation; to support the holistic development of children by providing an alternative avenue for learning through non-formal education, values formation, supplementary feeding and active play”. The Foundation’s programs/projects now focus on the following areas: Gulong ng Karunungan Program – a learning facility on wheels for marginalized children; Everyday Play Project A Community Playground donation to partner LGUs; Disaster/Calamity Relief Operation and Internal CSR Programs.
