The Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation Inc. (MRMF) was registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization in 1965. It is a social development foundation organized and operated by the alumnae of the Assumption College and their friends in memory of Mother Rosa Maria, a French Religious of the Assumption who dedicated 63 years of her life to the education and formation of generations of Filipino youths. The MRMF began their activities in 1965 where they ran a day-care center. In 1970, they opened the Assumpta Technical High School (ATHS) in San Simon, Pampanga, to share the quality education which the alumnae received from Assumption to poor and deserving students.
In August 18, 2014, MRMF’s Articles of Incorporation was amended to change its name to Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation, Inc. Doing Business Under the Name and Style of Assumpta Technical High School (ATHS), since the school is owned by MRMF. ATHS offers a regular academic curriculum for kinder to grade 6, dual curriculum (the academic and technical specializations) for Junior High School and 3 tracks (STEM, HUMMS & ABM) for Senior High School.
Assumpta Technical School was granted Level III Re-accreditation Status by PAASCU.
