Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI), formerly known as Sky Foundation, was organized in 1999 by the Lopez Group of Companies led by Ms. Rina Lopez Bautista. It is dedicated to uplifting the lives of Filipinos from poverty through education utilizing a curriculum-based transmedia system focused on Philippine Basic Education.
KCFI is a private effort meant to create an impact on the public educational system by broadcasting Department of Education-approved curriculum-based programs at no cost to public schools.
