Du Baladad and Associates (BDB Law) Foundation, Inc. was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit organization on March 13, 2015. It was created as a Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law) as a way of giving back to the society having been successful in creating a good and strong reputation as provider of tax and corporate services in the country. It is a grant-making organization. Its office is located at 20th Floor, Chatham House, Rufino corner Valero Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City. The Foundation has two (2) seconded staff from the parent company and five (5) members of the Board of Trustees.
Its purpose is to enhance/uplift the quality of life of the Filipino people by providing affordable and quality education, livelihood opportunities for the marginalized, medical assistance to government and private hospitals catering to charity patients and environment protection.
