CCT Training and Development Institute, Inc. (CCT-TDI), was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on March 24, 2006. It was established by the Center for Community Transformation (CCT) Group of Ministries with the vision of establishing a viable network of Christian Community Learning Centers in the Philippines and in other third-world countries.
CCT-TDI’s mission is to enhance the effectiveness and competencies of groups and individuals involved in Christ-centered transformation in a uniquely Filipino Christian way thru Biblically-based character-building and development activities; to train community members in cooperativism, community governance, evangelism and discipleship, entrepreneurship and livelihood skills; and to provide opportunities for development workers and community partners to experience wholeness and integration through retreats and cultural appreciation activities.
CCT-TDI has a total of 7 regular staff, 3 project -based staff, 8 volunteers and 10 members of the Board of Trustees. Its main office is located at 6th Floor, Joshua Center, 1428 Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila.
It was certified for five (5) years on April 8, 2009 and which ended on April 7, 2014.
