The Capiz Development Foundation, Inc. was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 7, 1998 by the family of the late entrepreneurs, Vicente Uy Kimpang Ong, Jr and spouse Hilda Alojado Dioso to uplift the life of the marginalized individuals and to assist in the socio-civic and religious program and development. It is a family and a corporate social responsibility arm of the group of companies of the Ong family. It is a grant giving organization.
