The Pioneer Foundation, Inc. (formerly known as P.I. Foundation, Inc.) was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on June 20, 1994 by the Pioneer Group of Companies as its Corporate Social Responsibility arm. It is a grant-making organization. Its main office is located at 108 Pioneer House, Paseo de Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Pioneer Foundation Inc., envisions to become an effective, sustainable channel for the conduct of activities that contribute to the betterment of its internal and external relationship enabling the Pioneer Group to live out its responsibilities as a socially responsive corporate citizen; to promote the social, cultural, education; and general well-being of the Filipino people especially the less fortunate members of the Filipino society by undertaking charitable activities. The Foundation’s programs now focus on the following areas:
- TAP (Tuition Assistance Program)
- TUPAD (Tulong Pang Dunong)
- PFI Scholarship
- Donations/Grants to Other Institutions
