Pilipinas Una Sa Lahat (Cebu) Foundation, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on January 19, 1988. It was founded by Dr. Norberto B. Quisumbing, Jr. who believes that Education is not a privilege but a basic right of children that cannot be deprived. It is a family/corporate Foundation. Its main office is located at Norkis Compound, A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City.
Its purposes (V-M-G), among others, are “to implement sustainable programs that improve the lives of children; to inspire hope and help uplift the socio economic condition of the nation by providing scholarships to the less fortunate deserving students”. The Foundation’s programs/projects now focus on providing scholarship to deserving students. Geographical scope of programs: Region 7
